Section 2 Conditions and Requirements Summary MAPLE ST <br /> Based upon the flow chart depicted in the 2019 DOE Manual Figure 1-3.2 Redevelopment Flow Chart, Minimum <br /> Requirements#1 through#5 apply to the new and replaced hard surfaces and all disturbed land.Compliance with <br /> the minimum requirements,as listed in Volume I Chapter 3, are listed below. <br /> Minimum Requirement#1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plans: Construction Plans under separate cover and <br /> Drainage Report herein have been prepared for the subject project. <br /> Minimum Requirement #2: Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPPs): See Erosion Control Plan under <br /> separate cover for erosion control measures proposed. See SWPPP narrative included in Section 7 of this report. <br /> Minimum Requirement#3: Source Control of Pollution: The subject single-family development will follow S438 <br /> BMPs for Construction Demolition in accordance Chapter 7 within Volume IV of the 2019 DOE Manual. Minimum <br /> Requirement#2 addresses the other BMPs for construction sites. <br /> Minimum Requirement#4: Preservation of Natural Drainage Systems and Outfalls: Discharge from the site will <br /> be maintained in the current location. <br /> Minimum Requirement#5: On-Site Stormwater Management: <br /> See Section 3.
