MAPLE ST <br /> Section 4 Existing Conditions <br /> The project site consists of approximately 0.11 acres and is located in Everett,WA. Below are descriptions of the <br /> upstream and downstream basins. <br /> ONSITE BASIN <br /> The site consists of a single parcel (29052000400900) that currently contains an existing single-family residence <br /> with impervious rooftop and gravel driveway, as well as a mix of pervious lawn, few trees, and residential <br /> landscaping. <br /> Site drainage consists of sheet flow downward to the east and southeast,away from the existing residence.Storm <br /> runoff is collected by roof downspouts and are conveyed to the combined sewer system within the alley. <br /> UPSTREAM BASIN <br /> The site contains gentle to moderate slopes,the upstream flows tributary to the onsite basin are negligible. <br /> I/3 JOB#19-336 <br /> Storm Drainage Report 4.1 <br />
