MAPLE ST <br /> accordance with Chapter 5 of Volume V of the DOE Manual.The Rain Garden or bioretention facility must have a <br /> minimum horizontal projected surface area below the overflow which is at least 5%of the area draining to it. <br /> Permeable pavement, rain gardens and bioretention has been determined to be infeasible the site per the <br /> infeasibility criteria outlined in BMP T5.15, BMP T5.14 and BMP T7.30 in Volume 5 f the 2019 DOE Manual. <br /> According to the USDA Soil Report, the site is underlain by"Alderwood-Urban land complex,2 to 8%slopes". This <br /> soil type is categorized as a till soil and is typically not conducive for infiltration. Setbacks from the property line <br /> and structures cannot be met, hence an infiltration facility will not be feasible. <br /> 3.Sheet Flow Dispersion in accordance with BMP T5.12,or Concentrated Flow Dispersion in accordance with <br /> and BMP T5.11 in Chapter 3 of Volume V of the DOE Manual. <br /> Due to insufficient vegetated flow path adjacent sheet flow and concentrated flow are infeasible in accordance to <br /> BMP T5.12 and BMP T5.11. <br /> q3 JOB#i19-336 <br /> Storm Drainage Report 5.7 <br />
