Inspections are required for all stages of construction.Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov to formally request all <br /> required inspections.An Inspection Handout is provided at permit issuance with instructions on how to request an inspection online. <br /> 7. Install and maintain erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards,approved SWPPP,and per the direction of the Public Works <br /> Inspector. Remove upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. <br /> 8. Keep City streets clean at all times. No dirt, mud, rocks,or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br /> 9. If an oversize load is to be used,contact the Traffic Engineering Department for Oversize Load Permits at 425-257-8810(press Option 7 for <br /> Traffic)prior to any interruption to the public right-of-way(roadways,parking lanes,or sidewalks).A haul route will be required to be <br /> submitted to the City of Everett prior to Oversize Load Permit issuance. <br /> 10. Proper safety measures shall be taken during construction to protect the public from the deep excavation and any other construction <br /> hazard. Use construction fencing where necessary. Use appropriate traffic control measures follow plan per TSU1908-004. <br /> 11. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit.
