The traffic control plan should be submitted concurrent with the early clear <br /> and grade permit. Since the site grading work and ROW work will already require a permit the traffic control approval <br /> for the work will be issued with the public works permit for early clear and grade. For the proposed alley and sidewalk <br /> closure the traffic control requirements to show on the plan are fairly simple.
