Working Design — Rice, Fergus, Miller <br />Rice, Fergus, Miller is the selected design firm. They have designed and built training facilities for fire <br />departments and the U.S. Navy all over the world. The design includes necessary training props, <br />classrooms, and a training support building for all users. The design complies with all security <br />requirements provided by Naval Station Everett.
