Alderwood gravelly sandy loam <br /> is composed of glacial drift and/or glacial outwash over dense glaciomarine deposits. Alderwood <br /> gravelly sandy loam is commonly found on ridges and hills and has a Hydrologic Soil Group <br /> classification of B. Refer to Appendix B and the Soils Report for additional information. <br /> Proposed Conditions <br /> Description <br /> The proposed project will be a new single-family residence to be constructed on a 0.21-acre site, <br /> Snohomish County TPN 00567900400403. The building footprint with roof overhang will be 2804 <br /> square feet in area.
