R106.1.1 2. The roof eaves project approximately 3 feet from the property line in multiple locations per the site plan. In those locations, one-hour construction is required on the underside of the eaves (see alternatives and exceptions provided). In most solutions, the soffit venting will not be permitted in the eaves in these locations and the roof venting should be relocated to an approved location. Table R302.1(1) 3. A handrail should be shown at the stairs on the floor plan in compliance with Section R311.7.8. 4. A smoke alarm should be provided on the lower level and in the office. Section R314 5. A carbon monoxide alarm should be provided on the lower level. Section R315 6. The 4x4's in the crawl space should be shown as pressure treated. Section R317.1.4 7.
