Structural plans should reference this detail where it occurs. <br /> 29.The structural drawings include work that has been deferred by the structural engineer <br /> (Roof Trusses). A statement of deferred submittals shall be added to the Structural General <br /> Notes listing work designated as deferred submittals. The note shall include a statement <br /> requiring the engineer-of-record to review the deferred submittals and verify conformance <br /> with the construction documents. See IBC Sections 107.2.1, 107.3.4, 107.3.4.1, and 107.4. <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett.
