All other correction items were re-submitted 9/22/21. <br /> 5.Geologically Hazardous Areas.All 3 lots have mapped geologically hazardous areas. In accordance <br /> with EMC 19.37,when geologically hazardous areas are mapped on or near a project,at minimum a <br /> Geotech Assessment is required through sometimes a full report and/or geological covenant may be <br /> necessary. Please refer to EMC 19.37 for complete details about minimum requirements and work with <br /> a Geotech professional to prepare the necessary documentation and recommendations based on each <br /> proposal. <br /> Response:2 full copies of the Geotech report are attached. The report covers all 3 lots. <br /> 6. Landscaping Plan.A landscaping plan shall be required for each lot demonstrating compliance with <br /> the recorded conditions of the short plat and applicable provisions of EMC 19.35.At minimum one <br /> deciduous tree,2"caliper,shall be provided in the front yard landscaped area of each lot. Please review <br /> and revise accordingly <br /> Response:Attached are 2 copies of each lot's proposed landscaping and irrigation designs.
