I appreciate the refund as the traffic mitigation fee we needed to pay was an unexpected 2k+ charge but for the building to be classified as a nonconforming sfr was worth it opposed to an adu. So again we'd like to cancel that permit an get back whatever possible for the refund. I greatly appreciate all the help an service everyone has given us throughout this process. I talked with Teresa who was the Planner for this project and we agreed the permit could be cancelled/refunded as long as it was clear that parking for both SFR's is limited to the existing gravel driveway. Any new parking areas would be required to be constructed with permanent surfacing materials. Gravel alone is not considered a permanent surfacing material.
