Sent: Monday, May 8, 2017 8:42 AM
Subject: RE: Smith Island Terminal Grading
Hi Mark,
Below are the documents I have from you that I could find. I am not sure that I have the entire Wetland Mitigation
Plan document. If there is more,Appendix A?, please forward me the rest. Thanks.
Geo Engineer's response letter April 29, 2016
Archaeology report
State certifications
BE Appendix C
Water Quality Appendix B
Steve Ingalsbe
Land Use Manager
City of Everett Planning Department
(425)257-7135
sinqalsbe@everettwa.gov
2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite 8-A, Everett, WA 98201
From: Mark Wolken [mailto:WolkenM@msn.com]
Sent:Thursday, May 04, 2017 10:43 AM
To:Steve Ingalsbe<Singalsbe@everettwa.gov>
Cc:Jnm@deainc.com
Subject:Smith Island Terminal Grading
Steve:
Jack Molver forwarded me a voice mail from you regarding the Smith Island Terminal grading
permit. You indicated in that you needed the final mitigation plan as approved by Ecology (through their
CWA 401 authority). In an interesting coincidence, I sent you that approval and the plans one year ago
today in 4 emails. That was followed the next day by Ecology's CZM concurrence which was forwarded
to you and Allan. Let me know if you are unable to locate those and I can re-send them.
The one element we are still awaiting is the 404 from the Corps. Our project manager Ron Wilcox has
communicated that he has everything he needs and is in the process of writing and going through iternal
approvals to issue their permit. He has indicated it will be issued in the next 30-45 days. Consequently,
we want to be prepared to start work.
Please let Jack or I know if you have any questions.
Thanks
MW
