S
Kirk Brooks
From: Jack Molver <Jnm@deainc.com>
Sent: Friday,June 16, 2017 4:57 PM
To: Kirk Brooks
Cc: Michael Brick
Subject: RE: Smith Island Terminal Forms 2.yr Jo1S
Kirk,
The haul route is as follows:
All of the fill will derive from projects south of Everett (King County and the City of Seattle). The primary
day time route will exit northbound at Marine View Drive, travel west to SR 529, north on SR 529 to Ross
Avenue and then around Frontage Road to the site. Return Trucks will return in reverse.
Nighttime trips (after 8 pm and before 6 pm) will use I-5 to the State Street exit at Marysville. Trucks will
then turn west and then north on the ramp to SR 529 and use the Smith Island ramp just east of the site
entrance. Return trips will take SR 529 north to I-5, exit at State, go west and south to I-5 south. This
will avoid residential areas.
Let me know if something in a more formal format is required.
Jack
From: Kirk Brooks [mailto:KBrooks@everettwa.gov]
Sent: Friday,June 16, 2017 1:27 PM
To:Jack Molver<Jnm@deainc.com>
Cc: Michael Brick<MBrick@everettwa.gov>
Subject: RE:Smith Island Terminal Forms
Thanks you for the useful information.
