Task 4: Describe the drainage system, and its existing and predicted problems <br /> The entire downstream flowpath is comprised of manmade elements(catch basins and underground <br /> pipes). A representative from SDA has walked the entire 14-mile downstream flowpath, and observed the <br /> catch basins along the way. Structures with grates, and structures with easily removable covers were <br /> observed,to document the condition of the flowpath. Visible inspection did not reveal any significant <br /> damage or sediment accumulation, so the downstream flowpath appears to be in good condition.
