RUNOFF TREATMENT <br /> Surface runoff from the compensatory pavement area will be routed to an underground filter vault <br /> immediately upstream of the proposed detention vault. The design proposes a Bayfilter treatment vault, <br /> which has general use level approval for basic treatment from the Washington State Department of <br /> Ecology. <br /> Water quality treatment flowrates have been calculated as part of the Flow Control design. The full <br /> calculations are provided in Appendix 7A of this report. These flowrates were provided to the Bayfilter <br /> manufacturer, and the resulting design summary is provided in Appendix 6A.
