4
•
O1VI E GA 2707 Wetmore Avenue
ENGINEERING, INC. t 425 387.320820
f 425-259.1958
When equally dividing the on-site impervious surface area accounted for in the Seahurst SP
Drainage Report among the four lots each lot would be allowed a maximum of 2,923 sf of on-
site impervious surfaces per lot with the driveway installed within the R/W being part of the
2,900 sf accounted for in the design for the impervious surfaces within the R/W.
For this project the 2,658 sf of proposed impervious surfaces is 265 sf below the maximum
allowed. In addition, the permeable pavement will be used for the on-site driveway as approved
in the design and the roof runoff will be directed to infiltration trenches sized for the 2,168 sf roof
area.
Summary
After reviewing the proposed site plans and comparing the proposed improvements to the
design assumptions approved in the Seahurst SP drainage report, the building permit
improvements proposed for Lot 6 use the same stormwater mitigation BMPs and the areas are
equal to or slightly less than those approved for the short plat.
Sincerely,
oseph Smeby, P.E.
Project Engineer
