In addition, the permeable pavement will be used for the on-site driveway as approved <br /> in the design and the roof runoff will be directed to infiltration trenches sized for the 2,168 sf roof <br /> area. <br /> Summary <br /> After reviewing the proposed site plans and comparing the proposed improvements to the <br /> design assumptions approved in the Seahurst SP drainage report, the building permit <br /> improvements proposed for Lot 6 use the same stormwater mitigation BMPs and the areas are <br /> equal to or slightly less than those approved for the short plat. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> oseph Smeby, P.E. <br /> Project Engineer <br />
