3.0 MONITORING AND SAMPLING REQUIREMENTS <br /> Monitoring includes visual inspection, sampling for water quality parameters of concern <br /> if needed for stormwater collection and discharge,and documentation of the inspection <br /> and sampling findings in a site log book.A site log book will be maintained for all on-site <br /> construction activities and will include: <br /> • A record of the implementation of the SWPPP and other permit requirements <br /> • Site inspections <br /> The site log book must be maintained on-site within reasonable access to the site and be <br /> made available upon request to the Washington Department of Ecology or the local <br /> jurisdiction. <br /> 3.1 SITE INSPECTION <br /> Site inspections will be conducted at least once every calendar week and within 24 hours <br /> following any discharge from the site.For sites that are temporarily stabilized and <br /> inactive,the required frequency is reduced to once per calendar month. <br /> 3.2 STORMWATER QUALITY SAMPLING <br /> Because any surface water that does not infiltrate and has the potential to migrate off the <br /> property will be pumped and disposed of,there will not be surface water discharges to <br /> monitor. <br /> 4.0 DISCHARGES TO 303(D) OR TOTAL MAXIMUM DAILY LOAD <br /> (TMDL) WATERBODIES <br /> 4.1 303(D) LISTED WATERBODIES <br /> The nearest waterbody to the site is the Snohomish River,which in that section is 303(d) <br /> listed at Category 2 for temperature.No discharges to the Snohomish River are planned <br /> or will reasonably occur. <br /> 4.2 TMDL WATERBODIES <br /> No TMDL waterbodies will be impacted by this project. <br /> EVERETT STEEL SWPPP <br /> AUGUST 2019 p g G <br />
