A, ---A4.1 !90 64,8- <br /> CITY OF EVERETT <br /> EVERETT Permit Services <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Kelsey Heyd, Planning Division <br /> FROM: Sabrina Fandler I City of Everett Engineering/Permit Services <br /> DATE: 8/5/2019 <br /> SUBJECT: Public Works(Engineering/Permit Services) Comments for SEPA19-014 <br /> PROPOSAL: Excavation of Contaminated Soil <br /> LOCATION: 2700 34th St <br /> APPLICANT: Leonard Berman—Everett Steel <br /> A review of this project by the Engineering/Permit Services Division indicates that the following <br /> conditions shall be met: <br /> 1. Construction permits, inspections and final approvals are required for this project from City of <br /> Everett Permit Services. <br /> 2. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with the <br /> current City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development <br /> shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing site grading, paving, landscaping, <br /> utilities, storm drainage,temporary construction erosion and sedimentation control (TESC), and <br /> all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of <br /> these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be <br /> completed, approved, and warranted before the final approval is granted to close out the <br /> permit. <br /> 3. The construction plans shall be designed from a site survey performed by a licensed State of <br /> Washington land surveyor. <br /> 4. Stormwater management shall comply with the applicable provisions of the current version of <br /> the City of Everett Stormwater Management Manual and the Design and Construction <br /> Standards and Specifications for Development manual (chapter 4). This project is in the <br /> combined storm/sewer area. Currently, the Stormwater code for this area is the City's 2010 <br /> Stormwater Management Manual along with Interim Policy 2-11.
