These comments address building issues only. <br /> Additional comments may be issued by the Public Works, Planning, and Fire departments. <br /> Code citations provided in the following review comments the 2018 International Residential Code <br /> (IRC). Amendments to the adopted building codes by Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Title <br /> 51 are incorporated into the referenced code citations. Citations provided in the comments <br /> reference the IRC unless noted otherwise. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br /> Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted building codes. Upon submittal of the revised documents, your <br /> application will be given priority and the review will recommence. <br /> Architectural <br /> 1.
