Police Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />July 20, 2022 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Police Pension Board was called to order at 9:00 a.m. on July 20, 2022. <br />Roll was called with Board Members Haugen, Thiessen, Neighbors, and Jorve present. Member <br />Stonecipher was expected to be a few minutes late and Members Franklin and Sebald were <br />excused. Board Attorney David Hall; Kandy Bartlett and Marcy Hammer; Human Resources were <br />also in attendance. <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The minutes of the meeting of June 15, 2022, were approved as printed. <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br /> <br />PENSION ROLL Budgeted Amount $512,000.00 May 2022 $40,491.34 Remaining budget $286,803.04 56.02% <br /> MEDICAL CLAIMS Budgeted amount $1,247,000.00 May 2022 $50,807.46 May 2022 HMA fees $11,337.12 <br /> <br /> Remaining budget $836,635.33 67.09% <br /> <br /> <br />Moved by Neighbors, seconded by Thiessen, to approve the pension rolls and medical claims <br />as presented. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Members Franklin, Stonecipher, and <br />Sebald who were excused. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />Board Member Stonecipher joined the meeting at 9:02 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
