Board Members Neyens, Vitalich, Franklin and Jorve were present. Board Member <br />Stonecipher was excused. Marcy Hammer and Tina Te, Human Resources; and Richard Gray, <br />Finance, were also present. <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The minutes of the meeting of January 18, 2022, were approved. <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br /> <br />PENSION ROLL <br />Budgeted Amount $676,000.00 <br />December 2022 $50,964.44 <br />Remaining budget $27,238.72 4.03% <br /> <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $1,982,000.00 <br />December 2022 $78,938.07 <br />December 2022 HMA fees $14,486.32 <br /> <br />Remaining budget $712,445.46 35.95% <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Moved by Franklin, seconded by Neyens, to approve the pension rolls and medical claims as <br />presented. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes except Board Member Stonecipher, who was <br />excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
