Fire Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />July 20, 2022 <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Fire Pension Board was called to order at 9:30 a.m. on July 20, 2022. <br />Upon roll call, it was found that Board Members Neyens, Stonecipher, and Jorve were present. <br />Board Members Franklin and Vitalich were excused. Board Attorney David Hall, Marcy Hammer, <br />and Kandy Bartlett, Human Resources were also present. <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The minutes of the meeting of June 15, 2022, were approved as printed. <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br /> <br />PENSION ROLL Budgeted Amount $676,000.00 May 2022 $50,539.42 Remaining budget $383,564.78 56.74% <br /> MEDICAL CLAIMS Budgeted amount $1,982,000.00 May 2022 $75,185.80 May 2022 HMA fees $14,801.24 <br /> Remaining budget $1,405,842.09 70.93% <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Moved by Neyens, seconded by Stonecipher, to approve the pension rolls and medical claims <br />as presented. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Members Franklin and Vitalich who <br />were excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />SPECIAL BILLS FOR BOARD REVIEW <br /> <br /> Request for reimbursement for unpaid/unsubmitted Medicare payments <br />from 2018-2020 in the amount of $4789.20
