F - <br /> All that portion of the Plat of Rancho Intercity Division No. 3 according to the plat <br /> thereof recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, page 13, records of Snohomish County, <br /> Washington; described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 13 of said plat; THENCE, <br /> South along the East line of said lot to the Southeast Corner thereof; <br /> THENCE, West along the South line of said lot to intersect the East line <br /> of Lot 14 of said plat; THENCE, South along said East line of said lot to <br /> the Southeast corner thereof; THENCE, West along the South line of <br /> said Lot 14, and continuing West along the Southline of Lot 15 of said <br /> plat to the Southwest corner of said Lot 15; THENCE, North along the <br /> West line of said Lot 15 to the Northwest corner thereof; THENCE, East <br /> along the North lines of Lots 15, 14, and 13 to the Northeast corner of <br /> Lot 13, and the POINT OF BEGINNING; and, <br /> TOGETHER WITH, <br /> That portion of 13th Avenue West abutting the Westerly line of said Lot <br /> 15. <br /> Section 3: Zoning Established <br /> That the official zoning map in the Planning and Community Development <br /> Department for the City of Everett shall, upon effective date of this ordinance, be <br /> amended as herein provided, and henceforth said property shall be used in <br /> accordance with the zone in which same is now established, as provided by <br /> Ordinance No. 1671-89 as amended (Title 19, E.M.C.). <br /> Section 4: Zoning Map Attached <br /> Attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "A" is a map which <br /> identifies the area zoned in Section 2 herein. <br /> 2 <br />
