CITY OF EVERETT <br />EVERETT Permit Services <br />WASHINGTON <br />June 15, 2023 <br />Krlsty Ward <br />5205 Seahurst Ave <br />Everett, WA 98203 <br />RE: Revision to previous Address Assignment of 102952n°St SW <br />ACTION: Owner to post new address of 5205 Seahurst Ave <br />It was determined by the Public Works Director In accordance with Everett Municipal Code chapter 13.44, <br />that 52n0 St SW is incorrectly named and that the road is a continuation of Seahurst Ave. As such, the <br />appropriate street slgnage has been updated to effectively name the east west portion of the road Seahurst <br />Ave. As a result, a new address is assigned to the building on parcel described as: Section 36 Township 29 <br />Range 4 Quarter SW DALQUEST ADD BLK 000 D-03 LOT 3 PER CITY EV SP PEN SS38 007 REC AFN <br />202008075002 BEING A PTN LOTS 7 & 8 SO PLAT, parcel number 00416600000703.
