* ORDINANCE NO. 2768 AN ORDINA ,TCE providing for the improvement of Wetmore Avenue from Hewitt Avenue to ,acific Avenue by installation of street electric lighting system, said system to include trenching, laying cable and conduit, replacing sidewalks , driveways and pavement where removed, installing posts and light units , and all other material , and doing all work necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resoltuion No. 4359 of the City of Everett; creating an assess- ment district; creating a local improvement district therefor; providing for payment of said improvement by special assessment on the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4359 of the City of Everett the City Council has declared its intention to order the improve- ment as above outlined, and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement , all in accordance with plans and specifications presented by the City Engineer. NOW , THEREFORE, the City of Everett DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Wetmore Avenue from Hewitt Avenue to Pacific Avenue be improved by installation of street electric lighting system, said system to include trenching, laying cable and conduit , replacing sidewalks , driveways and pavement where removed , installing posts and light units and other material, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improve- ment, all according to plans and specifications prepared under the direction of the City Engineer, which plans and specificatiors are hereby adopted and approved. Section 2: That the cost and expense of such improvement , including all necessary and incidental expense, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district herein created in accordance with law. The City of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the cost and expense of such improvement , except as provided by Chapter 141, Session Laws of 1923, or acts amendatory thereto, and the ordinances of the City of Everett. Section 3: There is hereby established a local improvement district to be known as Local Improvement District 1So. 523 , which district shall include the following des- cribed property: Lots 1 to 15 inclusive, Block 716, Plat of Everett; Lot 32 and West Half of Lot 33, Block 716, Plat of Everett; Lots 17 to 32 inclusive , Block 717, Plat of Everett Lot 6 and Lots 18 to 33 inclusive, Block 683 (replt,t) , Plat of Everett; Lot 1 to 17 inclusive , Block 684, Plat of Everett
