EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Exhibit A to Professional Services Agreement <br />(Form Approved by City Attorney’s Office January 7, 2010, updated December 2, 2022) <br />Wetland Resources, Inc. ("Contractor") agrees to the following scope of work (the "Work") for the 59.99-acre site <br />located at 8811 Airport Road in the city of Everett, WA. Services will provide data to the City of Everett Parks & <br />Facilities for possible improvements to the trail network and/or other future u ses. <br />Scope of Work <br />1. Conduct a Field Delineation of approximately 13 acres between Kasch Park and Walter E. Hall Golf Course. <br />2. Locate wetland/stream flags with GPS. <br />3. Prepare a Critical Area Report, including wetland and stream classifications, requir ed buffers, rating form(s), and <br />data sheets. <br />4. Prepare a Mitigation Plan for a new trail segment connecting Kasch Park and decommi ssioning of other existing <br />trail segments. <br />The above scope of work does not include a professional survey of flags. If add itional services are deemed <br />necessary, another proposal will be drafted. <br />Due to the inherent variations in GPS accuracy, mapping data is provided with no warranties, expressed or implied, <br />concerning data accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability . This work does not represent a professional land <br />survey. <br />COMPENSATION: <br />TOTAL MAXIMUM COMPENSATION (Hourly Not to Exceed) <br />Environmental Services $15,600.00 <br />__________________________________________ <br />Subtotal $15,600.00 <br />CONTINGENCY FEE (IF REQUIRED) <br />Additional services that may be needed based on unforseen conditions encountered while conducting field work as <br />approved ONLY in writing by the authorized City representative. <br />TOTAL CONTINGENCY FEE $1,600.00 <br />__________________________________________ <br />TOTAL FEE $17,200.00
