Project summary statement: This project will include conveyance improvements, new river outfall and water quality treatment in Lexington Ave, Broadway, and Lowell Rd. It will address recurring flooding issues at multiple locations along a single stormwater conveyance trunk line while also addressing overflows at Snohomish River Outfalls 7 and 8. The grant amendment provides a 3-month extension to allow Ecology time to review the final submittal and for the City to respond to comments.
