PARCEL 2: Thence on a 10° curve to the right whose central angle is 86° 34 ' for a distance of 865.7 feet; thence on a tangent North 86° 42 ' East 28. 9 feet to the po;nt of a 3° curve to the right ; thence along said 3 curve whose radius is 1910.08feet to an intersection with the East line of Government ,4,,, / e 3 Lot Four (4) , the point of beginning of Parcel 2; thence continuing on the same curve until the total central angle of 49° 25 ' from the beginning of the curve has been consumed; thence along tangent S43° 53' East 675.3 feet to the East boundary of the City of Everett, all situated in Sections 18, 7 and 8, Township 29 North Range 5 East W.
