<br /> Section 3: There is hereby established an
<br /> enlarged local improvement district to be called Local
<br /> Improvement District ro. 512, which said enlarged district
<br /> shall be divided into a direct benefit district and an
<br /> indirect benefit district.
<br /> The enlarged district shall include all the property
<br /> hereinafter described as being in the direct benefit district
<br /> and all that property herein described as being in the
<br /> indirect benefit district.
<br /> The direct benefit district shall include : All the
<br /> property between the south line of Hewitt Avenue and the center
<br /> line of Pacific Avenue and the center line of the alley East'=
<br /> of Broadway and the center line of alley 'Nest of Broadway;
<br /> said direct benefit district to bear the cost of the entire
<br /> improvement , as limited herein, with the exception of the
<br /> cost of the South half of the intersection of racific Avenue.
<br /> The indirect benefit district shall include the South
<br /> Three (3) feet of Lot 18, Lots 19 to 25 inclusive, Block 741,
<br /> and Lots 1 and 2 and the South Three (3) feet of Lot 3, also
<br /> Lots 26 to 30 inclusive , Block 742, Everett Land Company' s
<br /> First Addition. Said lots to bear the cost of the South Half
<br /> of Pacific :A-venue intersection not to exceed 2000.00.
<br /> A description of all the lots, tracts and parcels
<br /> of land or other property included in the whole district
<br /> is as follows, to-wit :
