AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM CARES FUNDS (CDBG -CV) BETWEEN THE CITY OF EVERETT AND INTERFAITH ASSOCIATION OF NORTHWEST WASHINGTON This Amendment No. 1 is dated for reference purposes June 30, 2023. It is by and between the City of Everett, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Washington (“City”), and Interfaith Association of Northwest Washington (“Subrecipient”). RECITALS A. The City and Subrecipient are parties to the Subrecipient Agreement dated on or about March 3, 2023, for the funding of the “Homeless Prevention for Covid Relief” program (the “Agreement”). B. The City and the Subrecipient desire to amend the Agreement for the purpose of extending the Time of Performance to December 31, 2023. AGREEMENT The City and Subrecipient agree as follows: 1. The Agreement is modified to revise Section 10 of the table on the first page of the Agreement as follows 10. Time of Performance: Beginning: Ending: July 1, 2022 June 30, 2023 December 31, 2023 2. This Amendment may be signed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which, taken together, shall be deemed one and the same document. Signatures on this Amendment may be by email, fax, pdf, or other electronic means, in which case such signature will be deemed an original signature for all purposes. 3. All provisions in the Agreement shall remain in effect except as expressly modified by this Amendment.
