EXHIBIT B <br />SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS <br />The Artist shall be responsible for payment of all applicable local, state and federal taxes. The <br />Artist shall provide all labor and materials necessary to produce and complete the Work and be <br />responsible for delivery, installation and documentation of Work. <br />3,000 upon receipt of invoice for conceptualization, research, and <br />preliminary work. <br />10,000 upon receipt of documentary photographs showing Work at 50% <br />completion stage.
