System Access Fund Project Agreement Page 11 of 29 <br /> GA 0162-22 <br />Exhibit A: Scope of Work and Deliverables <br />The Everett Station Non-motorized Access Improvements project will build 1,200 linear feet of <br />pedestrian and bicycle improvements between Everett Station and the Angel of the Winds Arena. <br />Pedestrian improvements include: <br />•Construction of 600 linear feet of continuous, 10-foot-wide pedestrian facility with brick pattern <br />decorative surfacing on the east side of Paine Ave from the entrance to the Everett Station <br />visitor parking lot at 3102 Paine Ave to the intersection Paine Ave and Wall St. <br />•Construction of 500 linear feet of continuous, 8-foot-wide pedestrian facility with brick pattern <br />decorative surfacing on the north side of Wall St from the intersection of Wall St and Broadway <br />to the intersection of Wall St and Paine Ave. <br />•Pedestrian level lighting from the from the entrance to the Everett Station visitor parking lot at <br />3102 Paine Ave to the intersection Broadway and Wall St. <br />ADA improvements include: <br />•New, ADA compliant curb ramps at Wall St and McDougall and at the entrance to the Everett <br />Station visitor parking lot at 3102 Paine Ave. <br />•New, marked on-street accessible parking spaces on all blocks within the project limits. <br />Bicycle improvements include: <br />•Construction of 1,100 linear feet of continuous bicycle wayfinding, including signage with <br />distances to local destinations and pavement markings. <br />•Bicycle detection at Wall St and Broadway. <br />Traffic calming elements include: <br />•Road diet, narrowing vehicle lanes from 12 feet to 10.5 feet or 11 feet <br />•Construction of flagstone-pattern decorative surfacing flush bulbouts at the intersections of <br />Wall St and Broadway and Wall St and McDougall. <br />Deliverables include: <br />•Ad-ready PS&E for construction. <br />•Management of the ad and award process. <br />•Management during construction. <br />•Final construction of pedestrian and ADA improvements, bicycle improvements and traffic <br />calming elements.
