t , f ORDINANCE No. 2732 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District . o. 519 for the improvement of Colby Avenue from 26th Street to Everett Avenue, by installation of a street lighting system, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance £Jo. 2700 of the Uity of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots , tracts or parcels of land or other property as ehwwn on said roll , and providing for the issuance of bonds therefor. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll in Local Improvement District AO. 519 for the improvement of Colby Avenue from 26th Street to Everett Avenue by the installation of a street lighting system, doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2700 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be , and the same is in all things hereby approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots , tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll are hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same , and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll , and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot , tract and parcel of land and other property appearing on said roll , the amount finally charged against the same thereon. n Section 3: That the /t{L/' day of �tUgUS- 1937, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of he bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement. Section 4: The City of Everett may sell said bonds and may make payment in cash in the manner provided by the Ordinances of said City.
