N 1- L a <br /> V . <br /> ORDINANCE No. 2731 <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment <br /> and assessment roll of Local improvement District No. 518, for <br /> the improvement of sakes Avenue from 9th Street to the _north <br /> line of school tract, being the North line of the Southwest <br /> uarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest uarter of <br /> Section 17 , Township 29, North, Range 5 East W. rvl. , and <br /> thence contining South along the center line of Oakes Avenue <br /> produced through said school tract to the center line of 13th <br /> Street, by the installation of a sewer and its necessary <br /> appurtenances, and doing all other work in the entire district <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement under ordinance No. <br /> 2689 of the City of Everett , levying an assessment on account <br /> thereof against the several lots , tracts and parcels of land or <br /> other property as shown on said roll , and providing for the <br /> ' issuance of bonds t_ieref or. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll <br /> in Local Improvement District No. 518 for the improvement of <br /> Oakes Avenue from 9th Street to the North line of school tract , <br /> being the North line of the Southwest :uuarter of the Southwest <br /> Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17 , township 29, <br /> North, Range 5 East W. . , and thence continuing South along <br /> the center line of Oakes Avenue produced through said school <br /> tract to the center line of 13th Street, by the installation of <br /> a sewer and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other <br /> work in the entire district necessary to make a complete <br /> improvement under ordinance No. 2689 of the City of Everett , as <br /> the same now stands, be , and the same is hereby in all thing s . <br /> approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: rhat each of the lots , tracts and <br /> parcels of land or other property shown on said roll are hereby <br /> - declared to be ',specially benefited by said improvement in at <br /> least the amount charged against the same , and that the <br /> assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the <br /> several assessments appearing upon said roll , and there is <br /> hereby levied an assessment against each lot , tract and parcel <br /> of land and other property appearing on said roll , the amount <br /> finally charged against the same thereon. <br /> Section 3: `that the 1,� day of RU osY- <br /> 1937 , is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance 'off the bonds <br /> required to be issued on account of said improvement. <br /> Section 4: The City of Everett may sell said <br /> bonds and may make payment in cash in the manner provided by <br /> the ordinances of said City. <br /> Mayor <br /> Lek To <br /> 9/204 City Clerk <br /> Passed: 'dune 29th , 1937 . <br /> Published: June 29th , 1937 . <br />
