Using these criteria and the <br /> allowable soil bearing pressure stated on the drawings, the foundation, column, and structural <br /> attachments supporting the aforementioned menu board and the foundation supporting the <br /> Las Vegas directional sign were found to be compliant with code. The project is located at 7431 Evergreen <br /> Orange County Way Everett, WA 98203. <br /> Phoenix All concrete shall be in accordance with ACI 318 requirements. Minimum concrete strength shall <br /> Salt Lake be 3000 psi, however, contractor to verify that requirements of table 19.3.2.1 of the ACI 318 code <br /> are met. <br /> Dallas <br /> The approximately 6'-6 7/16" OAH Taco Bell Menuboard shown on the attached sheets is <br /> replacing an existing menuboard. The menuboard base plate, match plate, and column <br /> 2 Venture supporting the (N) menuboard foundation, column were analyzed based on code prescribed wind <br /> Site 200 and gravity loads for the city and state mentioned above. Using these criteria, the (N) menuboard <br /> Irvine,CA 92618 base plate, match plate, and column supporting the (N) menuboard were found to be compliant <br /> with code.and the foundation, column, and structural attachments of the aforementioned drive- <br /> 949.477.400I thru elements were found to be compliant with code. Gravity loads imposed on the (E) anchor <br /> CA@wrightengineers.com bolts and foundation from the (N) menu board are within 5% of the gravity loads imposed on the <br /> wrightengineers.com (E) anchor bolts and foundation from the (E) menuboard. The lateral loads imposed on the (E) <br /> anchor bolts and foundation from the (N) menuboard are within 10% of the lateral loads imposed <br /> on the (E) anchor bolts and foundation from the (E) menuboard. Therefore the existing anchor <br /> bolts and foundation are ok per IEBC 502.4 and 502.5. No additional analysis for the existing <br /> anchor bolts and foundation was performed. <br />
