• • • Everett , bounded on the North by Pacific Avenue on the East by Hoyt Avenue, on the South by Thirty-second Street , on the West by Rucker Avenue, the site of the Jefferson School , all in the City of Everett Snohomish County State ofWashington, duly filed their petition with the City Council of the City of Everett praying for the vacation of the alleys her-einbefore described and referred to, and WHEREAS , the City Council of the said City did by resolution duly adopted fix the 12th day of October, 1908 , at the hour of 8 o'clock M, of said day for the he ing and deterreinatic;n of said petition, and, WsEREAS, due and legal notice of the tim and place of the hear- ing of sid petition has been given by the City Controller of said City, as required 'by law, and, WHEREAS, the hourfor said hearing and determination having now arrived and no objections having been ma-ae to the granting of said petition, and, WHEREAS, it appearing that the owner of all of the property, abutting on said alleys is Everett School District No. 24, and, '71.1 "_ a� # ng that t Wr _of f ai._...the="- ro ,erty abutting n said alleys is Everett School District ~ No. 24, and, WHEREAS , it appearing to the said City Council that said petition should be granted, and said Council does hereby determine to vacate the alleys above described and referred to, subject to the provisos hereinafter contained, NOW, THEREFORE, ME CITY OF EVE,RETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. - That the alley running through Block (192) of the Plat of Everett , Division "T" , bounded on the North by Tenth Street on the Ead, by Grand Avenue, on the South by Eleventh Street , and on the West by Maple Street ; the alley running through Block (924) of the Plat of Everett. , Division "E" , bounded on the North by Thirty- seventh Street , on the East by Lombard Avenue, on the South by -2-
