No access to building? <br />Is this home SAFE to live in considering all the issues we've been dealing with over the <br />past 6 months trying to get these permits approved by the previous owner who flipped <br />the home. <br />Also, is the archived permit "side sewer" from 2005 the removal of the properties oil <br />tank? <br />1,� \�Dh�p <br />
