0 <br />0 <br />Under this RCW anything after section 11 shouldn't pertain to the modification that were done since I've owned it for <br />more then 2 years. I purchased the property 02/28/2020 in which I did some repairs and fixes for "like for like" items. <br />Not knowing any permits might have been required. When permits were brought to my attention like the Hot Water <br />Tank replacement permits where applied immediately. Please advise and I will pick up permits tomorrow. And just so <br />you know I did have a Washington State Licensed Home Inspector that was thorough going threw the house in which a <br />detailed report was provided.
