I looked online and it still says it's with Alex beard. How do we expedite this? I already <br />went through an administrative hearing this is a house that was built in 1912. The original floor plan has not <br />changed I can get an affidavit from the original owner that states that it's always been a two bedroom rambler. <br />Initially you guys thought it was a three -bedroom which was altered but that was never the case. The house is <br />already been inspected from a licensed Washington state inspection company. And there were no issues. <br />The family has already purchased the house back in January we're just trying to finalize turning on the electricity <br />and a hot water tank permit.
