I <br />am the planner conducting the Planning intake review for this application. Please note the following <br />comments are not a thorough plan check review and they only address larger zoning compliance points <br />and the submittal checklist. Additional comments may be provided by the Building intake reviewer for <br />your application; please utilize the Online Permitting Portal to check on the status of other reviewers. <br />1. Our maps indicate that there are high erosion and medium landslide hazard areas on the <br />property. Per EMC 19.37, a Geological Assessment Letter is required (see table <br />37.1). Additionally, a Geological Hazardous Area Covenant is required if any work is taking <br />place on the slope. Please submit these documents at your earliest convenience to avoid <br />delay in your project. <br />The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy is available on the Permit Services Page. Please submit at <br />minimum 2 copies of any revised documents/plans. <br />These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements <br />from other departments.
