x <br />Thomson Residence March 5, 2021 <br />Stormwater Site Plan Report Section III, Page 4 <br />Task 4 — Describe the drainage system, and its existing and predicted problems <br />Per the survey and the City of Everett GIS Map, runoff from the existing single-family residence is <br />unmanaged. In the developed condition, runoff will be conveyed through a 16' long, 36" diameter <br />detention pipe with a flow control structure before an outfall into the combined sewer main along <br />Thomson Ave. Overall, there do not appear to be any existing flooding or erosion problems upstream or <br />downstream of the site.
