This project will produce a Regional Facility Report, Adaptive Management Plan, and Conceptual Design <br />Report to include at least five facility designs to address receiving water impairments from existing developed and <br />anticipated redevelopment areas. <br />Project Long Description: <br />The City of Everett’s surface water service system is comprised of three watersheds and 22 major drainage basins <br />which total over 11,000 acres. The three watersheds are Port Gardner/Possession Sound Watershed, the Snohomish <br />Watershed, and the Lake Washington Watershed .
