Page 17 of 25 <br />3.5 INTERVIEWS <br />The City of Everett may request interviews with the highest-ranked supplier(s). Interviews will be held on <br />July 17th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The purpose of the interview, if held, will be to further review the <br />finalist(s) in specific areas to determine which proposal provides the best fit and value to the City of <br />Everett. Finalist(s) must have key employees available for these interviews. The City of Everett will notify <br />the finalist(s) as to the time, date, and location for an interview or conference call. <br />
