Section 3: That Section 83 of Ordinance No. 2318, <br /> as amended by Ordinance Ho. 2473 and Ordinance Ago. 2605 be, <br /> and the saae is hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> Section 83: o automobile , truck or other vehicle <br /> shall be parked or allowed to stand on any day, except Sunday, <br /> longer er than one (1) hour continuously between the hours of <br /> Eight o 'clock "_.. . , and Six o 'clock P. di. , on the following <br /> described streets and avenues within the City of Everett, <br /> . to wit : <br /> On Hewitt Avenue from the East line of rand <br /> Avenue to the West line of Broadway <br /> On Rucker Avenue from the South line of <br /> California Street to the .North line of Wall <br /> Street <br /> Hoyt Avenue from the north line of Hewitt <br /> Avenue to the South line of California <br /> Street <br /> On Colby Avenue from the South line of <br /> Everett Avenue to the .tiorth line of Wall <br /> Street <br /> On We tmore Avenue from the South line of <br /> California Street to the north line of Wall <br /> Street <br /> On Rockefeller Avenue from theorth line of <br /> Hewitt Avenue to the South line of California <br /> Street <br /> On California Street in the City of Everett, <br /> from the East line of Hoyt Avenue to the West <br /> line of Rockefeller Avenue . <br /> Provided, however, that the Commissioner of Safety is hereby <br /> authorized to fix suitable taxicab stands in said territory. <br /> Section 4 : That Section 84 of ordinance o• 2318 <br /> be , and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 84 : It shall be unlawful to stand or park <br /> a vehicle in any alley within the fire limits of the City <br /> of Everett, except while actually loading or unloading the <br /> same. <br /> Section 5: An emergency is declared to exist and <br /> this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publica- <br /> tion. <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> city Clerk <br /> BASED: November 5 , 1936 <br /> Published: November 4, 1936 <br />
