Section 3: That Section 83 of Ordinance No. 2318, as amended by Ordinance Ho. 2473 and Ordinance Ago. 2605 be, and the saae is hereby amended to read as follows : Section 83: o automobile , truck or other vehicle shall be parked or allowed to stand on any day, except Sunday, longer er than one (1) hour continuously between the hours of Eight o 'clock "_.. . , and Six o 'clock P. di. , on the following described streets and avenues within the City of Everett, . to wit : On Hewitt Avenue from the East line of rand Avenue to the West line of Broadway On Rucker Avenue from the South line of California Street to the .North line of Wall Street Hoyt Avenue from the north line of Hewitt Avenue to the South line of California Street On Colby Avenue from the South line of Everett Avenue to the .tiorth line of Wall Street On We tmore Avenue from the South line of California Street to the north line of Wall Street On Rockefeller Avenue from theorth line of Hewitt Avenue to the South line of California Street On California Street in the City of Everett, from the East line of Hoyt Avenue to the West line of Rockefeller Avenue . Provided, however, that the Commissioner of Safety is hereby authorized to fix suitable taxicab stands in said territory. Section 4 : That Section 84 of ordinance o• 2318 be , and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 84 : It shall be unlawful to stand or park a vehicle in any alley within the fire limits of the City of Everett, except while actually loading or unloading the same.
