4 • ORDINANCE No. 2699 AN ORDINA TCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of LOCAL, LEPROVEMENT DISTRICT No. 517 , f ;r the improvement of 19th Street, from Rucker Avenue to Walnut Street, by clearing and grubbing; removal of old lumber; grad- ing to proper grade; removal of existing curbs, walks and pavement as necessary; installation of necessary drainage; construction of Portland cement concrete alley crossingswhere necessary; replacement of concrete sidewalks to fit new work; makingthe necessary changes at intersections; and doing all other work necessary for a complete improvement; installation of an eight (8) inch water ,;lain, and its necessary appurtenances, between Broadway and Walnut Street; construction of a one course Portland cement concrete pavement as follows: Rucker Avenue to Virginia .venue by two eighteen (18) foot strips of Six (6) inch Portland cement concrete pavement , between intersections. Virginia Avenue to Walnut Street by two eighteen (18) foot strips of six (6) inch Portland Cement Concrete Pavement between intersections , intersections to be paved full width. Broadway to Walnut Street by construction of Portland Cement Concrete curbs, under Ordinance No. 2664 of the City of ___verett , levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on sand roll, and providing for the issuance of bonds therefor. THE CITY OF i7NERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 517 for the improvement of 19th Street from -tucker Avenue to Walnut Street by clearing and grubbing; removal of old lumber; grading to proper grade; removal of existing Curbs, walks and pavement as necessary; installation of necessary drainage; construction of Portland cement concrete alley crossings where necessary; replacement of concrete sidewalks to fit new work; making the necessary changes at intersections, and doing all other work necessary for a complete improvement ; installation of an eight (8) inch water main, and its necessary appurtenances, between Broadway and Waltt$t Street, construction of a one course Portland cement concrete pavement as follows: Rucker Avenue to Virginia Avenue by two eighteen (18) foot strips of six (6) inch Portland cement concrete pavement , between intersections. Virginia venue to Walnut Street by two eighteen (18) foot strips of six (6) inch Portland cement concrete pavement , between intersections , intersections to be paved full width. Broadway to Walnut Street by construction of Portland Cement Concrete curbs, under Ordinance No. 2664 of the City of Everett , as the same now stands, be , and the same is in all things hereby approved and confirmed.
