Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> 1. There does not appear to be enough information on the submittal <br /> documents to verify if the proposed replacement of windows are required to <br /> meet the requirements for window opening control devices complying with <br /> ASTM F 2090 per IEBC 702.4. Please identify and indicate if one or more criteria <br /> listed in IEBC 702.4 do not apply. If one of the criteria does not apply please <br /> identify it in the response. If all the criteria do apply(such as at the 2'floor), <br /> please revise drawings indicating that such devices are being installed on the <br /> replacement windows where applicable. IEBC 702.4. <br /> RESUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue,it will be necessary <br /> to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction <br /> documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response <br /> letter indicating how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code(IBC),2015 <br /> International Existing Building Code (IEBC),the 2015 International Fire Code <br /> (IFC),the 2015 International Mechanical Code(IMC),and/or the 2015 <br /> Washington State Energy Code (WSEC),as amended by the State of Washington <br /> PERMIT SERVICES <br /> and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for <br /> Q3200 Cedar Street ' accessible design is the 2009"Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" <br /> Everett,WA 98201 (ICC/ANSI A117.1).
