There does not appear to be enough information on the submittal documents to verify if the <br /> proposed replacement of windows are required to meet the requirements for window <br /> opening control devices complying with ASTM F 2090 per IEBC 702.4. Please identify and <br /> indicate if one or more criteria listed in IEBC 702.4 do not apply. If one of the criteria does <br /> not apply please identify it in the response. If all the criteria do apply(such as at the 2nd <br /> floor), please revise drawings indicating that such devices are being installed on the <br /> replacement windows where applicable.
