Has to increase 1 pipe size to 3" where AW and lav trap arms meet vertical DWV. Install LT trap arm above fixture <br />fitting. <br />- Illegal horizontal wet vent on downstairs shower. Vent shower with separate 11/2" vent rolled above centerline of drain. Refer to UPC for rules on <br />horizontal wet vents. Bathroom groups only. <br />Illegal wet vent or downstairs toilet. Cannot wet vent toilets with toilets. Vent downstairs toilet out separately with 2" vent before 3" drain stack tie in. <br />Install 3" cleanouts on both 3" drain stacks in basement for service and direction change over 135 degrees. <br />Install end of line cleanout on 2" drain from kitchen sink and utility sink in basement. <br />Water system appears under sized. Show fixture unit loading to prove 3/4" pipe is sufficient to supply all fixture. It would seem that 1" needs to be <br />carried on hot and cold to first bathroom minimum? <br />- Install cleanout on master lav bath drain for directional change over 135 degrees. <br />*** Note to mech contractor. Retrieve mechanical permit!!
