If in historical overlay,3 sets required.24"x36" maximum sheet size,stapled bound edge, 5/8"thick, all pages uniformly sized,each page consecutively numbered) Er Completed RCW 64.55 Worksheet(see below)per building(with one of the following options checked): Er Valuation is 5%or less of the assessed value of the market improvement.—Show the calculations for the valuation of the work,and the percentage of the assessed value.
