SYSTEM: The power may have been `on" at the time of the inspection, thus <br />sampling was not safe. Any suspect asbestos containing electrical wiring insulation or any suspect TSI <br />(Thermal System Insulation) found in, around, or behind any located fuse or breaker bases should be <br />considered to be ACM (Asbestos Containing Material), unless determined otherwise by laboratory <br />analysis. <br />HEATING AND VENTILATION SYSTEM: Heating throughout is baseboard / wall electric. There <br />was no visible suspect ACM located associated with any of the eltaric hearing units. It was not possible <br />to dismantle the electric heating units to locate and/or evaluate any additional suspect ACM which may be <br />concealed, inside the units, or associated in hidden areas. It is our opinion any further handling of the <br />heating units should be coordmaled by the project manager and/or abatement contractor.
